BuilderFusion

We've been with BuilderFusion for over 10 years, and feel as if it hasn't been current in updates, upgrades and customer service and overall look and feel.

BuilderFusion is built specifically for Home Builders Associations and more than 100 of them use it. While it is a decent system, like many, it has not evolved quickly enough to keep pace with the changing ways people communicate. It does not have an app, and online registration is difficult for members to use. The company has been slow to invest and make changes that the majority of their customers have demanded. It does, however, meet basic needs if you do not intend to pursue a mobile platform presence.
