Personify

Personify does what it says it'll do, but even the smallest organization is going to need at least 1 IT or IT-minded staffer to know it inside and out or else you'll be asking for help every time you want something more than a new product added. Support is inconsistent at best, non-existent at its worst. If you know who to talk you your tickets are expedited. Otherwise you'll be waiting at least 1 business day for a ticket whether it's Low, Medium, or High urgency.

For us, what sets Personify apart from the pack is reliability.  That comes at a cost, of course, which is that customizations are expensive, complex, and generally much less stable.  The platform is designed to meet certain needs and it does so quite well with decades of success in the industry.  It scales up — way up, by our measure — so while we wish it would be a more flexible architecture, we also   understand why it isn’t.
